We, MARUHAN Japan Bank, had dissolved Keiji MIYAUCHI of his last position as “comptroller”, as of the end of August 2009. He resigned our Bank at the same date.

We hereby confirm that we have no relationship with any of his activities in Cambodia, Japan or other countires after his resignation, using his previous job title with us.
